What you’ll do

• You will be working towards a specific mission: maximize the impact of design and manufacturing teams through radically efficient tools. You will be setting the roadmap of your team with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, and pitching, prototyping and validating it.
• You will be working with data, direct customer insights (sales calls, field trips, onsite demos, interviews), using the product yourself, learning competitor apps, applying relevant patterns, combining input from developers and relying on your insights to get to just the right solutions with your cross‑functional team.

What you’ll bring

• Being a CAD user yourself: we value experience working as a mechanical engineer or industrial designer.
• You make effective product — be it physical or digital — decisions.
• You are able to define problems & goals, map use cases, prototype and pitch solutions, and oversee the development process.
• You dig into customer problems deeply using data and user research: either by working with others or doing it yourself.
• You create elegant, but practical solutions.
• You work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment: not necessarily the speed of coming up with a solution, but how fast you learn and willing to react to feedback is a key to success.
• You are comfortable outlining a quick high‑level solution but can be obsessed with details when needed.
