Introduction

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and operational sales of digital solutions within the public transport sector across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) .
• Identify and engage potential customers; expand and strengthen existing relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Provide consultative sales support on technological and organizational topics in public transport.
• Manage the complete sales cycle independently – from requirement analysis and solution development to contract closure.
• Develop and coordinate complex proposals , particularly for public tenders .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in bid management, solution design, legal, and project management .
• Conduct market analysis and support solution positioning in a dynamic digital mobility environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the public transport or mobility industry .
• Strong understanding of transport company operations and structure.
• Proven network within the public transport industry .
• Hands-on experience with public tender processes .
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills .

Preferred Qualifications

• Established contacts with key decision-makers in public transport.
• Background in solution-based consulting or digital sales .
• Solid knowledge of the DACH region market .
