Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of seasonal and annual marketing strategy for the football category
• Management of a cross‑functional marketing team
• Holistic implementation of campaigns across all marketing and digital channels
• Responsibility for marketing budget and external partnerships
• Leadership and development of the team
• Active adaptation of marketing strategy and teamwork to changes in the market, the organization, and consumer behavior

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of marketing experience with a focus on brand building and growth
• Several years of management experience and strong leadership skills
• End‑to‑end marketing understanding from strategy to implementation
• High consumer orientation and very good market understanding in the sports боломж environment
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Strategic thinking, innovative strength, and change mindset
