Sr Director of Product Management Accessories to lead the development and lifecycle of our HVAC, HVDC, and MV power cable accessories portfolio. Lead product strategy and lifecycle management

As Sr Director of Product Management Accessories, you will own the product strategy for our Accessories business line. You will manage the portfolio proactively, from launches and growth initiatives to optimization and phase-out of long-tail products. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver measurable business impact.

Your responsibility will be to :

• Execute and continuously refine the Accessories product strategy, driving cost-out initiatives and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals
• Develop business cases and track impact of initiatives
• Maintain product and component data for customer-facing use
• Drive ideation and realization of prioritized opportunities
• Ensure transparent milestone tracking for product development

You will report to the Executive Vice President Accessories. Expect international travel of approximately days per year.

Strategic leader with strong market insight

We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative leader who thrives in a complex technical environment. You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach and have the resilience to drive change and deliver results. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be key to success in this role.

You also have :

• A Master’s degree in business or technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• Several years of experience in senior Product Management, R&D, or commercial roles
• Proven track record in complex technical environments, ideally in cables or accessories
• Fluency in English, German is beneficial (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP
• Experience in the cable or accessories market
