Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and usability of all required assets in our PIM system STEP.
• Further develop and optimize global PDP content to deliver best‑in‑class digital storytelling.
• Manage the eCom content creation process in collaboration with our internal studio_c, Brand Communication, and Product Marketing teams.
• Oversee global web text creation (EN/DE) for standard products, limited/trend editions, and online exclusives, including quality assurance of web texts in STEP.
• Manage a global end‑to‑end process for infographics, including alignment with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support the definition of asset rules, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Contribute to the further development of the PIM system STEP and the Media Portal/TIG.
• Proactively bring the eCom Marketing perspective into projects and retailer‑specific meetings.
• Plan and conduct internal trainings on content processes and STEP.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Marketing or a related field, as well as relevant experience in eCommerce Content Management or Digital Marketing, ideally in an international environment.
• Confident handling of content processes, digital assets, and PIM/MDM systems (e.g. STEP).
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling, product communication, and channel‑optimized content requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Motivation to further develop cosnova’s eCom business as part of a warm and dedicated team!
