With more than 75 years of heritage in Germany, we combine long‐term stability with a strong growth mindset, empowering our people to shape the future of our brands and our business.To accelerate our growth in two of our most strategically critical channels, we are seeking a **commercially driven Head of eCommerce & Pharma** to lead our **eCommerce (with a strong focus on Amazon and eRetail)** and **Pharma (OTC / Apotheken)** businesses in Germany.This is a high‐impact leadership role with **full P&L ownership**, end‐to‐end responsibility, and strong visibility across local and regional leadership teams.**About the Role**As **Head of eCommerce & Pharma**, you will define and execute the digital commerce and pharma growth strategy in Germany. You will scale existing partnerships—most notably Amazon—expand into new eCommerce channels, and drive profitable growth across both channels.Sitting at the intersection of **Sales, Digital, Category Management, and Supply Chain**, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape SC Johnson’s omnichannel future in one of our most important European markets.**About the Team / Department**You will be part of the German Commercial Leadership community and work closely with cross‐functional teams across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Regional eCommerce stakeholders. The role provides strong exposure to both local and regional leadership and the opportunity to build or further develop a high‐performing team.**Responsibilities*** Own and drive the **eCommerce & Pharma growth strategy** in Germany, with full accountability for **revenue, profitability, and market share*** Lead the **Amazon and eRetail agenda**, including customer development, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and performance optimization* Build and scale **new eCommerce partnerships**, including marketplaces, pure players, distributors, and key digital accounts* Manage **full P&L responsibility** across both channels, including forecasting, pricing, trade investment, and margin optimization* Develop and execute **annual sales plans**, covering distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy* Lead **customer negotiations** with key accounts, buyers, and category managers, including annual agreements* Collaborate cross‐functionally with **Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management** to ensure best‐in‐class execution* Act as a key interface to **local and regional leadership**, aligning on strategy, priorities, and performance* Leverage **data, analytics, and eCommerce KPIs** (e.g. conversion, traffic, share of search, availability) to drive insights and growth**Experience You’ll Bring*** University degree in **Business, Sales, Marketing**, or a related field* Proven commercial experience in **eCommerce / Online Sales**, ideally within **FMCG or Consumer Goods*** Strong hands‐on expertise in **Amazon Vendor or Seller Central**, marketplaces, or eRetail environments* Demonstrated **P&L ownership** with a track record of delivering profitable growth* Experience working in a **matrix and international environment*** Deep understanding of the **German retail and eCommerce landscape*** Excellent **negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management** skills* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear actions* **Fluent in German and English****Behaviors You’ll Need*** Commercially bold, with a strong ownership mindset* Data‐driven and comfortable making decisions in fast‐moving environments* Collaborative and inclusive leader who builds trust across functions* Customer‐centric, with a strong understanding of shopper and channel dynamics* Agile, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change**Nice to have*** Experience **leading or building teams** at Head‐of / Director level* Exposure to **Pharma / OTC** channels* Strong coaching and people‐development capabilitiesWe offer an excellent opportunity for career development and progression, a highly collaborative work environment and an autonomous and flexible working culture where you will be able to add value and be recognized and rewarded.* High‐visibility role with direct impact on one of our fastest‐growing channels* Ownership of the **Amazon and digital acceleration agenda** in Germany* Opportunity to shape the **future omnichannel strategy** of a leading FMCG company* A purpose‐driven, family‐owned organization with long‐term commitment to people and brands**You need to be eligible to work in the country of application.**This role is not eligible for relocation.
