The focus of this position is the planning and implementation of challenging projects for pharmaceutical and semiconductor production facilities and laboratory buildings as well as for Data Centers. You are the direct contact person on site for all topics concerning ventilation technology, media technology and clean room technology. You are the interface between our customers, subcontractors and internal project participants.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Conceptual design and planning of supply systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities as well as clean room technology within exciting construction projects
• Technical leadership of a plant utility planning team within the scope of project execution
• Responsibility for leading and coordinating external planning partners
• Determination of costs, execution of price comparisons
• Preparation of functional descriptions or specifications of services
• Conducting award negotiations with suppliers and executing companies
• Planning and coordination of the interface to the process/construction/electrical engineering and building automation trades

Show your expertise

• Completed studies in the field of building services engineering, power engineering or supply engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or training as a technician with a focus on TGA / ventilation technology and several years of professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience with plant utility and ideally clean room technology systems
• Very good knowledge in the design of HVAC systems with focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Professional and confident handling of MS-Office applications
• Experience in the use of common CAD applications
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and own initiative
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany
