Stellenbeschreibung:

1. Identify the pain points and demands of overseas charging pile users through user research, market analysis, competitor analysis and other methods.

2. Be responsible for establishing connections with major overseas MSPs and CPOs, familiarizing with relevant regulations and subsidy policies for charging piles in various overseas regions, and converting them into product requirements.

3. Be responsible for the scheme and competitiveness analysis of AC & DC products complying with European, American and Japanese standards.

4. Familiar with the design principles, functions and performance of charging pile systems, as well as the key technologies of charging piles.

5. Be responsible for coordinating resources to promote the implementation of product functions & performance, tracking project progress, and actively driving product optimization based on user and data feedback.

6. Be responsible for product promotion and pre‑sales support.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, automation, mechatronics, electrical machinery and other related majors.

2.English can be used as a working language.

3.More than 1‑3 years of experience in overseas standard charging pile development in mainstream domestic and overseas charging pile enterprises, automobile manufacturers or OEMs; have a comprehensive grasp of the performance and function requirements of charging pile systems, and have at least fully participated in the development of 2 models of overseas charging pile products.

4.Proficient in European standards (such as IEC 61851‑1, IEC 61851‑22‑2, IEC 61851‑23, IEC 61851‑24, DIN 70121, ISO 15118, etc.); priority will be given to those familiar with American standards & Japanese standards.

5.Understand the competitive landscape of overseas AC & DC products and be familiar with the overseas charging pile ecosystem.

6.Down‑to‑earth and hardworking, with clear logical thinking, and the courage to challenge and innovate.

7.Candidates with experience in international product pre‑sales and after‑sales support are preferred.
