We are looking for you to join our engineering department as a Senior Engineering Manager (m / f / d) with 40 hours per week permanent position at our location in Karlsruhe.

Your mission

• You provide leadership to owners engineering team optimize supervision efforts at different locations including involvement of site and home office support
• You are responsible to ensure a plant design in compliance with the relevant EHS and ESG requirements
• You are responsible to control and ensure project engineering progress
• You support the authority / permit engineering activities
• You are supporting the Project Manager in change order handling / claims
• You coordinate the completion of technical documentation technical queries and ensure adequate resolution of these and assembly of final documentation

Your profile

• You have a substantial experience in engineering within chemical and energy related sectors
• You have a demonstrated experience in managing and developing engineering teams / individuals
• You have a solid understanding of project engineering workflows (from concept to execution and handover) in all engineering disciplines
• You have good communication skills and English language skills
• You have a high cross-cultural competence and ability to work in international teams
