Your Mission

As Senior Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) , you’ll be the key on-site lead for automation and engineering deployment projects across logistics sites in Germany.

This role is perfect for professionals who love field work, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the on-site lead for engineering deployments, verifying drawings, identifying clashes, and ensuring alignment with facility conditions
• Coordinate daily with vendors and internal teams (Operations, Safety, Maintenance, IT) and provide progress updates to the central Project Manager
• Perform regular site inspections, manage project materials, and oversee on-site logistics and contractor support
• Collaborate with IT for cabling work, IDF access, and network validation, and support multi‑day Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Collect, validate, and organize all vendor documentation and ensure smooth handover to Operations and Maintenance teams

What You Bring

• Background in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing medium‑complexity engineering or construction projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel, plus solid understanding of engineering and electrical safety
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced field environments
• Experience with project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma )
• Hands-on, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and English communication skills (German is a plus)
