Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP Development – improve and customize our ERP system for scalability.
• Mentor and guide teams – provide technical support and leadership to the development team.
• Ensure quality and agile delivery – manage implementation using SCRUM/Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with IT leadership and ERP specialists.
• Drive innovation – implement modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.

Professional Requirements

• Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for driving innovation and improving ERP systems.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).
