(Senior) Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)

ZEAL Network SE is a dynamic, international group of companies delivering lottery experiences. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will support ZEAL’s business units in achieving strategic and financial goals, provide financial transparency, actionable insights, and act as a trusted advisor across departments. You will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, challenge assumptions, and enable data-driven decisions. A central part of your work will be to identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial support to two businesses (e.g., our Charity Lottery), offering key financial insights into their performance.
Serve as a sparring partner for financial considerations and investment decisions.
Own the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process for your business area, continuously improving financial projections and operational forecasts.
Develop and review strategic options within financial planning, supported by financial outlooks and/or business cases.
Deliver meaningful management reports to support the business and ensure accountability.
Challenge business assumptions and enforce financial discipline.
Present monthly financial results to the board and key stakeholders.
