Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Our Finance department is looking for energetic reinforcement! As a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d), you will actively help shape the development of our IFRS and SAP-based accounting landscape. You will work closely with the division manager and CFO and lay the foundation for the scaling of INERATEC in a dynamic, international, investor-financed environment.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Preparation of the first consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Reporting & analysis: Preparation of meaningful reports for management and investors, including plausibility checks of key figures
• Further development of accounting structures and processes in SAP Business by Design
• Interface with selected stakeholders: contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and banks; close cooperation with controlling and other departments
• Compliance & internal controls: ensuring compliance with legal requirements and reporting standards of international investors

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as an accountant or senior/group accountant in a medium-sized group or fast-growing company in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Experience in working with ERP systems and consolidation tools (SAP is a plus)
• Proactive, hands-on approach to work and enthusiasm for dynamic structures.
• Experience in plant engineering, the chemical or energy industry is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
