Our clients range from cloud and cybersecurity firms to mission‑critical software application providers, spanning midsized companies to large, publicly traded corporations.

Scope

The Tech & IT Services team in Frankfurt is looking to add a Financial Analyst. Analysts work on transactions that provide exposure to M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial information
Create financial models
Coordinate and perform business due diligence
Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
Value companies and businesses
Lead the planning and execution of marketing engagements
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clients, professional advisors, and other stakeholders
Supervise junior staff members in financial analyses
Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements

Requirements / Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both German and English (additional languages are advantageous)
Already graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or in final year of university (graduating in Summer 2026)
Available to start full‑time employment no later than July 2026
Ideally 6 + months of internship experience in M&A, private equity, or other relevant industries
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
Strong financial and computer skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills
