Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for the Heart Recovery franchise based in Aachen, Germany.

The role will act as a strategic finance partner to the EMEA Quality and Facilities departments, قار-leading planning and forecasting activities, and delivering actionable insights through performance reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Perform and coordinate the annual budgeting process, forecast updates, and actual reporting in alignment with the overall Supply Chain Finance calendar.
Own cost‑center budget vs. actual analytics (P&L, capex, and headcount) with regional business leaders, developing commentary, providing counsel, and influencing decision‑making to adhere to target commitments.
Contribute as a BUF partner in cross‑functional Quality & Facilities projects, evaluating capital and operating‑expense requirements and performing business‑case assessment (e.g., network optimization).
Support the preparation and submission of Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) for Facilities or Quality in line with JNJ policy.
Lead lease intake processes through coordination with business partners and EP&S.
Manage occupancy‑cost allocations in actual and budget processes.
Partner with regional finance team members to consolidate a global view of actualsریم and forecasts for the Heart Recovery Quality and Facilities functions.
Participate in process‑improvement projects across the broader Supply Chain & Ops finance team.
Document desktop procedures and standard operating procedures to ensure robust financial control and end‑to‑end process governance.
Lead CREDO, Org Health, DE&I, and Talent initiatives to foster collaboration, personal & professional growth, and community engagement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field).
Minimum 4 years of experience in finance.
Experience with US GAAP is preferred.
Intellectual curiosity and ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
Strong financial‑analysis skills and quick adaptation to new systems and tools.
Strategic thinking and the ability to engage upper management.
Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Highly organized; able to lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Independent worker.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and influence skills with external partners.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate).
May require up to 10% travel.
