ROLE OUTLINE

We’re looking for a (Senior) Financial Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Sales. Join us to shape the future of our financial steering, linking operational processes with financial outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse key KPIs for Supply Chain (e.g. warehousing, transport, fulfillment costs, Contribution Margin II, Working Capital) and Sales (revenue, pricing, margins, returns) and derive actionable recommendations.
Drive the rollout of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to link sales, cost, and result logic.
Contribute to building a modern, transparent product profitability model across products, channels, and countries.
Ensure continuous development of Power BI reports and KPI systems for Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Co‑lead and develop the competencies of two analysts, guaranteeing ongoing skill growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic background in Finance, Controlling, business economics or a comparable field, plus several years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning or Business Analytics.
Experience as a controller of a business unit or profit centre, or a similar role, with supply‑chain or sales‑controlling knowledge and a solid grasp of contribution‑margin & cost structures.
Adept at strategically evaluating and presenting complex financial relationships, with strong communication and steering skills.
Proficiency in Power BI and SAP FI/CO, with basic SQL knowledge.
Fluency in German (C1 or above) and English (B1 or above), enabling confident interaction in international settings.
