Senior Flavor Chemist (f/m/d)

• Develop innovative processes and products to broaden our portfolio
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoEs) to guide development
• Conduct and document experiments independently
• Contribute to the creation and filing of patents for unique innovations
• Optimize testing protocols, methods, and lab equipment for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with the product development team and ensure regulatory compliance

• Experience in product development within a food company
• You thrive on exploring the fine details of sourcing, roasting, fermentation, flavor development, and extraction whether professionally or as a devoted hobby
• Solid foundation in chemistry and applied food science
• Hands‑on lab experience and strong motivation for practical, experimental work
• Understanding of cost‑conscious and commercially viable product design
• Team player with a reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented approach to documentation
