Overview

Senior FP&A Analyst role with twentyAI in Berlin, Germany. Hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Build and own three-way models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support financial planning and board-ready presentations.
• Optimize Workday Adaptive Planning and reporting flows; reconcile to ERP.
• Ensure government/regulatory compliance across all tasks.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years relevant experience.
• 2–3 years hands-on with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient with modern financial software and a range of ERP tools.
• Clear communicator; slides/charts that tell the story.
