pawaTech is looking for a highly motivated Senior Front-End Engineer with an inherent passion for teamwork and a collaborative spirit. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining the cutting-edge user interfaces, leveraging your technical expertise to transform designs into seamless, interactive experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, Typescript;
• Collaborate with the development team to design, architect, and implement software solutions;
• Solve complex technical challenges and provide expertise in code reviews;
• Participate in work on integrations of third-party services (casino games, payment providers, sports providers);
• Mentor and support fellow developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
• Understand the business impact of technical aspects of the company to guide the team to make the best decisions;
• Ensure that documentation and specs are up-to-date.

What makes you a great candidate:

• Understanding of front-end engineering principles and clean code practices;
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience;
• Expertise in React, NextJS and Typescript;
• Proficiency in building robust and maintainable front-end applications;
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and design systems;
• Experience with Unit and E2E testing frameworks;
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions;
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills;
• Excited to join a developing company and love a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Extra expertise we appreciate:

• Experience with ReactNative, Jest, Node.js, WebPack and other tools commonly used in web-app development;
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub and B2C app development:
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling;
• Experience with Sentry, Grafana, or similar tools.
