Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and strategically enhance a cutting‑edge Design System for healthcare products
• Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Design System and its implementation
• Collaborate with global product teams across multiple projects
• Conduct tech scouting to identify and adopt new technologies, methodologies, and design trends
• Perform architecture analysis and ensure the robustness of frontend solutions
• Provide coaching and lead workshops for the internal frontend community

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with Angular as the main framework
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS/SASS
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and tools like GitLab is a plus
• Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, windsurf.ai) to optimize coding workflows
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Solid skills in automated testing, performance monitoring, and UI development based on UX principles
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)
