Senior Frontend Engineer - Integrations

Join our growing Integrations team in Prague, helping shape how Staffbase connects with third-party platforms through intuitive, consistent, and scalable user experiences. This team is part of a broader initiative to bring integrations in-house and build a unified platform that powers connectivity across our product ecosystem.

You’ll take ownership of frontend architecture and design for integrations—building seamless, high-quality interfaces that simplify complex workflows for enterprise users. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about React, TypeScript, and building beautiful, performant interfaces that integrate deeply with backend systems.

This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the view of becoming a long-term opportunity as we continue to expand our Prague hub.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop intuitive, high-quality frontend experiences using React.js, TypeScript, and related tooling
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to build robust, user-friendly integration workflows
• Create reusable, scalable UI components that help unify integration experiences across multiple systems
• Partner with the product team to refine user flows and contribute to technical planning
• Advocate for frontend best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability
• Help shape frontend architecture decisions and contribute to a growing design system
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile team culture rooted in experimentation and curiosity

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Proven experience consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern frontend build tooling
• Strong passion for UI/UX and creating polished, user-centric frontend experiences
• Comfortable focusing on a frontend-heavy environment while collaborating cross-functionally
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g. Merge.dev, Zapier) is a plus
• Basic understanding of Java/Kotlin is a bonus but not required
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-growing SaaS environment
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
