Overview

Moonfare is building an accessible, fully digital private equity platform for qualified investors, starting from minimums of €10,000 where allowed by jurisdiction.

Our diverse team includes alumni from top private banks and startups, united to push boundaries in the private equity landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features across web and native user interfaces.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to the core codebase and supporting infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Research and experiment with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable UI components for a shared design system.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across web and native platforms, with a focus on accessibility.
• Stay current with internal tools, technologies, and programming languages.
• Share knowledge through documentation, peer learning, and collaborative sessions.

Knowledge/Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer (cross-functional teamwork a plus).
• Strong experience with React.js (latest LTS releases).
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with clean code practices and testing.
• Ideally has a background in mobile development with React Native.
• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Ideally has deployment/DevOps experience.
