VoiceLine is an ambitious, VC-backed startup at the forefront of voice and AI technology. We’re building an AI Assistant Platform for field sales, enabling sales organizations to sell more, make the right decisions with powerful market analytics, and coach their team to excellence on scale.

Your Mission

As a core member of our Engineering team, you will spearhead the development of all things product. Your role involves not only shaping existing features and creating new ones, but architecting them in a scalable, performant and maintainable structure. The custom nature of our product in sum is also materialising in our flutter app, so you wont get bored by colour changing a button ;)
You will be a crucial part of our journey, directly contributing to the way machine learning in connected systems reshapes the nature of work, especially in the field sales domain.

Your Profile

• Prior experience with mobile development frameworks, specifically ReactNative or Flutter.
• Strong JavaScript experience plus typed backend language skills (Dart and GoLang preferred)
• Solid background in Software Design
• General understanding of REST APIs, Authentication methods and Network Protocols
• Ability to work in a structured manner and effectively communicate, you will sync with product and design to decide how something is being built
