About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , you’ll play a central role in designing, architecting, and shipping scalable, high-performance GenAI applications from end to end.

Working across the full stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, and modern GenAI tooling ), you’ll collaborate with AI specialists, product teams, and technical stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, functional software.

This role is hands‑on, autonomy‑focused, and perfect for someone who thrives in fast iteration, low‑process environments where real impact is immediate. You'll work across RAG pipelines, vector databases, OpenAI/LangChain integrations, and modern frontend frameworks to bring GenAI-driven user experiences to life.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production‑grade full‑stack applications
• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, TypeScript , and modern frontend engineering
• Backend experience with Node.js (or similar technologies)
• Hands‑on exposure to Generative AI , LLMs , LangChain , RAG , or vector databases
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with both technical & non‑technical stakeholders
• A pragmatic mindset focused on high‑quality outcomes over heavy process
• Fluent English (German not required)
