1. Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Operational Maturity

For engineers who have been through advanced scale‑up environments and can bring maturity to engineering processes:

• Experience with logging, monitoring, incident response, scalability, and infrastructure best practices
• Ability to design systems that evolve gracefully as the company scales

For engineers who think beyond code and thrive close to the business:

• Strong interest in understanding user problems and product direction
• Business‑facing, working closely with multiple departments
• Involved in experimental and greenfield initiatives

3. Senior Full‑Stack Engineer – Front‑End Leaning

For engineers who excel at delivering features quickly and with high quality:

• Strong front‑end skills (React, TypeScript)
• Ability to drive UI/UX implementation and collaborate closely with designers

4. Senior Developer Productivity / Engineering Effectiveness Engineer

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience
