With our Remote Bike Repair Startup, we efficiently and transparently connect manufacturers, workshops, and cyclists in the service sector. Developed by Startrampe, the venture studio of the JobRad Group, we support customers with problem diagnosis, self-repair, and referrals to local workshops through a comprehensive ticket system and remote mechanics.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our innovative and complex software solutions in the remote bike repair industry. Our mission is to revolutionize bike maintenance by seamlessly connecting users with skilled mechanics through a user-friendly digital platform.

Your expertise will be vital in building and delivering new features for our users. Beyond writing high-quality code, we expect you to contribute ideas and insights to enhance the functionality and usability of our platform.
