I'm currently working with a fast-growing tech company based in Dresden that's building cutting-edge solutions for the fiber-optic infrastructure space (FTTH). They’re looking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to take on technical and leadership responsibility for a key product that’s driving real-world impact in the digital infrastructure sector.

The Role

As the technical lead for one of their core teams, you’ll take ownership of the development and ongoing evolution of a modern FTTH expansion platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll:

Guide and grow a team of developers in an agile, collaborative environment
Work across the stack—Java on the backend, React on the frontend
Collaborate closely with designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-focused solutions
Bring technical vision and initiative to complex, high-impact challenges

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java + React )
Solid grasp of relational databases , Kubernetes , and ORM frameworks
Ideally experience with cloud hosted systems .
Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity—able to guide, inspire, and support others
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
Fluency in German and English
