Join us as a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) Full Remote at FINDIQ , a tech startup based in the industrial region of Ostwestfalen‑Lippe, North Rhine‑Westphalia. FINDIQ is pioneering an AI‑powered knowledge platform that transfers expertise from today’s service specialists to the next generation.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration in an agile team close to the customer
• Leading role in the expansion of our development team
• Collaboration on a modern and tested software stack
• Participation in the entire development cycle, from design to deployment
• Diverse tasks in the frontend area, such as development of new UI components and integration of interfaces
• Design and development of new functionalities and services in the backend of our webapp

What We Expect

• At least 7 years of experience in software development
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience working with at least one JS component framework (Svelte, Angular, React, or Vue)
• Experience developing web applications and web interfaces (e.g., REST APIs via FastAPI)
• Experience with Docker, Git, SQL and NoSQL databases and test frameworks such as PyTest, Vitest, or Playwright
• Creativity, commitment and enthusiasm for start‑up culture
• Fluent in English; a second language such as German is a plus
