Your work will directly influence the long-term development of our software products. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for key technical components, drive innovation, and actively shape our system architecture. We focus on modern web technologies and prioritize high-quality, future-proof software solutions with long-term value for our customers. Together, we will enhance the user interface for enterprise systems and set technological standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and further develop our user interface for complex enterprise systems
• Conceptualize and develop frameworks for our B2B product landscape
• Design and implement the next generation of our software products
• Take technical responsibility and mentor team members to establish best practices and share knowledge
• Participate in all phases of software development: from technical conception to implementation, test automation, code reviews, documentation, and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with UX coaches to develop intuitive and high-performing applications
• Ensure sustainable software architecture and maintainability of solutions
• Use state-of-the-art technologies and continuously advance our technological capabilities

Technology Stack

We mainly work with JavaScript/React/Redux for the frontend and Python/C++ for the backend. Our deployment environments include on-premises setups and cloud platforms like AWS, utilizing Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenTelemetry. We operate in agile projects with CI/CD automation.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related technical field with a focus on computer science, or comparable IT training with extensive professional experience
• Several years of experience in developing and architecting modern web applications with React/JavaScript
• Proficiency with web technologies like HTTP/3, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and developer tools
• Extensive knowledge in integrating open-source software into enterprise environments
• Passion for software development and modern web technologies
• Solid experience with software design principles and best practices for scalable web architectures
• Strong backend development skills with Python and interface knowledge with modern web frontends
• Experience in developing modular, maintainable, and high-performance systems
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a highly qualified, committed team
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form
