Senior Functional Analyst

Your tasks:

As Senior you will support our business of trading, clearing, incl. risk management and settlement for the international commodities markets by assessing, analyzing and defining business requirements in context of End-User workplace towards our Service Provider. You will support different departments to adapt and integrate the different services and solutions deployed by our Service Provider. Thereby, you build and maintain close and effective working relationships with (senior) stakeholders across business segments and corporate functions of EEX/ ECC and other legal entities of Group Deutsche Boerse and coach team members in close coordination with our Service Owner.

Your skills:

• Working experience and certification as Functional Analyst or Requirement Engineer
• Experience in the field of software deployments and/or infrastructure changes
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience and willingness to work at the interface of functional business areas and information technology
• Able to tackle several changes simultaneously and within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization
• Experience of working in a bank and/or a commodity trading environment is appreciated
• Experiences with Product & Service Organization and agile project methodology/ technics (scrum, PRINCE2Agile, Kanban etc.) and certifications are desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & German
