Senior Fund Accountant

Are you a seasoned financial professional ready to take the lead in a high-impact role? ACE Alternatives is on the lookout for a Senior Fund Accountant to join our team and help shape the financial future of our fast-growing organization.

• Assist with the accounting activities for ACE clients investing in varied alternative asset classes following different GAAPs (GER GAAP; IFRS; etc.) and industry-specific regulations.
• Assist in the accounting migration of existing fund structures for new customers.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting documentation under various accounting standards.
• Perform Net Asset Value calculations.
• Assist with consolidations, investor reporting, and financial statement preparation.
• Reconcile fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals, expenses, etc.
• Manage input of double-entry bookkeeping into the accounting system.
• Support investor relations by preparing statements and responses to investor inquiries.
• Assist in preparing fund investor capital statements and calculating IRRs for funds and investors as required.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties (e.g., clients, external auditors) for daily fund accounting and custom reporting needs.
