Ensure continuing development of relationships with clients, influencers and prospects through calling activity.* Complete and maintain calling activity logs via contact management system to provide a record of activity.* Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.* Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.* Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.* Complete other related duties as assigned.## ****Education and Experience Required:***** Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ professional work, sales and/or leadership experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ professional work, sales and/or leadership experience* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Experience understanding individual needs analysis of potential clients## ****Education and Experience Preferred:***** Advanced degree* Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) certification* Corporate Trust sales or administration experience# **Location**Frankfurt, GermanyGreat companies have an enduring sense of purpose.
