Senior General Ledger Accountant (f/m/d)

In a context of a replacement we are looking to strengthen our Finance Team. As you will report to the Head of accounting based in Paris, this is your opportunity to play a key role in a thriving international company, where your expertise will directly contribute to financial excellence and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

Independently manage balance sheet accounting for our corporate entities.
Prepare individual financial statements monthly and annually according to IFRS, and coordinate activities for the group’s annual financial statements.
Collaborate with Group Reporting to ensure accurate account frameworks and support group consolidation.
Lead and manage projects such as SAP optimization, migration, and company setup.
Act as the main point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.
Oversee the operational management of the General Ledger area, continuously developing and improving existing processes.

What You Bring

Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of solid balance sheet accounting experience.
Expert in international accounting (IFRS), with knowledge of HGB.
Fluent in both German & English.
Proactive, independent, and structured mindset—with a can-do attitude!
SAP user (SAP S/4HANA a huge plus).
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
