Tasks

As a Senior Global Communications Manager (m/f/d), you will develop individual strategies for prominent communication measures in the area of responsibility and work on the development of overarching communication strategies.

You will design and improve in particular online and dialogue formats and advise management on communication issues.

Your main tasks are:

  • You will translate strategies into framework regulations and communication concepts for internal/external communication
  • You will be responsible for market observation, target group analysis, planning and implementation of target group‑specific communication measures
  • You will design market communication in the support area and implement it after coordination with the responsible functional units
  • You will be responsible for the planning and management of selected communication measures of strategic importance as well as cost planning, cost control, evaluation, performance monitoring and reporting
  • You brief and manage agencies and service providers
  • You will manage strategically oriented projects and take on the technical lead in crisis teams

Profile

You have a degree (Communication Studies or Marketing with a focus on communication) or comparable vocational training with a corresponding field of study or subject‑specific additional training or several years of professional experience in IT‑ and technology‑related communication.

Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed company‑specific knowledge or exceptional specialist knowledge and skills:

  • Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
  • Excellent experience in the management of strategically oriented projects
  • Expert knowledge in internal and external communication as well as in the application of corporate language design
  • Expert knowledge of crisis management
  • Very good understanding of the market
  • Very good experience in consulting management
  • Design and management of change and transformation communication to effectively support strategic initiatives and organizational change
  • Development of scalable communication frameworks, for example playbooks, toolkits and messaging guidelines, enabling global consistency while ensuring local relevance
  • Ensuring a consistent global employer brand positioning by closely aligning employer brand, corporate brand and internal cultural narrative across all relevant channels
  • Business fluent German and English language skills at C2 level are essential

This position is also available on a part‑time basis.
