The Background

Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with a broad range of global mobility & expatriate tax compliance issues from strategy to execution.

The Role

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes.
• Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage.
• Coach & mentor junior mobility tax professionals.
• Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships.

The Person

We are looking for a candidate with previous global mobility experience focused on individual tax compliance. The ideal applicant is a team player with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.
