What You Will Do

• Produce high‑quality payroll compliance briefs and validate junior drafts.
• Ensure quality and consistency across compliance deliverables.
• Maintain product compliance with DSN standards and evolving French social security rules.
• Mentor and coach junior specialists on the Product Compliance team.
• Offer expert guidance on payroll edge cases, regulatory constraints, and implementation feasibility.
• Improve processes and drive scalability by identifying workflow gaps and supporting automation initiatives.
• Contribute to roadmap prioritization and long‑term planning based on regulatory evolution, customer issues, and operational trends.
• Partner closely with Payroll Operations and Product teams to build alignment and ensure smooth implementation of complex requirements.

Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in French payroll.
• Deep expertise in DSN, social contributions, tax rules, and payroll edge cases.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and guide expert‑level decisions.
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk anticipation, roadmap structuring, and multitasking.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify risks, resolve complex scenarios, and propose scalable solutions.
• Excellent cross‑team collaboration and communication with Product, Engineering, and Payroll Ops.
• Tech‑savvy: familiarity with payroll tools, automation initiatives, or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Full fluency in French and English.
