Within the Commercial Excellence team at B. Braun SE, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d) for the Melsungen and Tuttlingen sites at the earliest opportunity.

As Senior Global Pricing Manager (f/m/d), you play a key role in driving commercial excellence by implementing innovative pricing strategies that optimize profitability and growth across the organization. You are responsible for supporting regional and national pricing by leveraging data‑based insights, tools and market trends to achieve strategic pricing objectives. Your role contributes to the digital transformation of pricing processes and promotes value‑based pricing strategies. You will also work closely with cross‑functional teams such as sales, marketing and product management to ensure a holistic pricing strategy that is aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

You will guide a team developing global pricing strategies, including value‑based pricing models, price‑volume strategies, strategic floor prices and strategic list prices.
You will implement a price optimisation program in regional and national organisations to ensure consistency and harmonised alignment across markets and achieve our ambitious price effect targets.
You will strategically deploy price analytics tools to monitor and report on price performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and create and maintain pricing reports and platforms.
You establish and execute value‑based pricing strategies for product and service offerings.
You foster close communication with relevant stakeholders, such as the global marketing & sales programme, regional sales, marketing and consultants, as well as divisional pricing teams, and train each other on market conditions, pricing tools and methodologies.
Finally, you will monitor the achievement of your measures at regional and local levels to ensure the annually planned price effects.

Qualifications

You have a successfully completed master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, industrial engineering or a similar discipline.
You have several years of professional experience in marketing and sales, pricing or a similar field.
You have relevant experience in project and change management.
You have a very good knowledge of German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
You are self‑confident, articulate, trustworthy and reliable.
