As a Senior Global Talent Management Expert , you will play a key role in shaping and implementing strategic talent solutions that enable business performance and employee growth globally. In this highly autonomous, principal-level role, you will assess business needs, design and evolve enterprise-wide frameworks, and ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience across the talent lifecycle.

You will collaborate with senior HR leaders, business stakeholders, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to design scalable, data-informed programs that address the changing needs of a dynamic, global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define measurement strategies and success criteria; continuously assess impact and fine-tune approaches based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on talent strategy, succession risk, and leadership pipeline readiness.
  • Integrate and align talent management solutions across Employee Experience touchpoints and HR processes (e.g., onboarding, learning, mobility).
  • Partner with Analytics teams to drive data-driven decision-making, generate actionable insights, and support workforce planning efforts.
  • Lead global projects and cross-functional working groups; manage complexity across regions and stakeholder groups without direct authority.
  • Serve as an internal expert and thought partner on emerging trends in talent, development, and the future of work.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines, ideally in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-wide talent frameworks with measurable impact.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across senior levels.
  • Experience using talent and employee experience analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to translate complexity into clarity for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and levels of organizational maturity.

Preferred:

  • Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and talent analytics tools.
  • Experience in high-volume consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Korn Ferry, Mercer, Bersin, etc.
  • Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field is an advantage.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding company.
  • This position offers a hybrid work option in Budapest, Hungary or Munich, Germany.
