Senior Global Tax Manager (M&A)

Overview

• You will support the Group Head of Tax in relation to direct tax issues, with focus on international tax matters and M&A.
• You will be involved in the optimization and implementation of the tax strategy of the Group in collaboration with an international team.
• You act as a business for the global functions and the Group companies related to tax matters.
• You will have a focus on tax projects, e.g. the implementation of new business models, tax restructuring or entry in new markets.
• You will develop holistic tax solutions for management in the context of M&A, including tax due diligence, SPA negotiations and the subsequent integration.
• You ensure tax compliance and support the optimization of the tax compliance management system, the associated guidelines and established controls, whereby you are the interface to external tax advisors worldwide.
• You are involved in the preparation of tax returns (also) together with external advisors.
• You support the companies with tax audits in Germany and abroad, the conclusion of APAs and mutual agreement procedures.
