Senior Growth Marketing Manager (fmd) Digital Health Solutions

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager (f / m / d) Digital Health Solutions you will take ownership of digital performance marketing for Sonovas digital health products including our SilentCloud platform. You will design execute and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across paid media SEO and ASO driving measurable user acquisition and return for your analytical mindset and hands‑on growth expertise youll find a role with real ownership room for experimentation and the opportunity to scale digital health solutions with meaningful impact.

More about the role

• Define and own performance marketing strategies including channel mix media planning forecasting and budget optimization
• Plan launch and continuously optimize campaigns across Display Native Ads Meta Google TikTok and LinkedIn
• Drive conversion rate optimization through ad copy testing landing page optimization and funnel analysis
• Lead SEO and ASO strategy and execution in close collaboration with marketing medical affairs product and development teams
• Support app developers with app store metadata visuals and recommendations based on ASO insights
• Monitor analyze and present campaign performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Act as internal digital media expert staying on top of industry trends tools and best practices

More about you

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; Masters or MBA preferred
• 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance or growth marketing
• Strong expertise across digital marketing channels and platforms including paid media SEO and ASO
• Experience in performance marketing for regulated industries (e.g. medical devices, digital health or pharmaceutical marketing) is a strong plus
• Solid analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking reporting and performance optimization
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced test‑and‑learn environments with an experimentation mindset
• Very good German and English skills (both written and spoken)
• Self‑motivated structured and collaborative with the ability to work independently across teams
