ABOUT THE TEAM: You will be a key member of our 25‑person global Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating closely with Content, RevOps, Sales and the Data Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE: We need someone to own lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation across the customer journey, turning leads into pipeline through email, HubSpot automation and intent‑driven campaigns. You will grow net new leads, MQLs and pipeline primarily through hands‑on execution: building email campaigns, creating HubSpot workflows, activating intent data and optimising conversion rates. This is a full‑time role based in Berlin, Germany.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own and execute email and lifecycle programs, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, behavioural triggers and end‑to‑end journeys.
- Manage lifecycle stages from onboarding and activation through engagement and expansion, continuously improving performance through segmentation, experimentation and AI‑assisted iteration.
- Ensure strong deliverability, healthy lists and sustained subscription growth.
- Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, segmentation logic, lead scoring and nurture sequences.
- Own lifecycle management and campaign attribution, partnering closely with RevOps as a power user.
- Turn intent signals (e.g. Qualified, HubSpot Intent) into timely, targeted campaigns and high‑intent segments.
- Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality, handoff and conversion.
- Analyse funnel performance and run experiments to improve lead conversion.
- Align messaging and programmes with Paid, SDR, Field and RevOps teams to drive conversion beyond first touch.
- Interpret performance, attribution and funnel data to guide ongoing optimisation.
- Track and report on core metrics including lead growth, email engagement, funnel conversion and pipeline influence.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on lifecycle, email, growth or demand generation.
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and automation.
- A proven track record of improving email engagement, lifecycle performance and funnel conversion.
- Experience activating intent data and partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams to drive pipeline impact.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, funnel metrics and performance data.
- Clear, effective communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Comfort owning both strategy and hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ideally:
- You’ve used AI to scale content creation, Personalisation, segmentation or decision‑making.
- You’re comfortable working with BI tools or SQL to explore performance beyond standard dashboards.
- You’ve worked with ABM, product‑led growth, or multi‑touch lifecycle strategies.
- You’ve used additional marketing automation platforms.
