What you will do :

• Lead the growth story of better ventures driving scale from 100 to 500 members and beyond.
• Own the go-to-market strategy and prioritization fueling our flywheel and expanding into new high value segments.
• Lead convincing calls with highly qualified leads tracking progress and converting them into active members.

The ideal candidate :

• Possess 10 years of experience as an ecosystem builder private investor philanthropist or in high-end sales.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and fluency in both English and German building trust quickly.
• Leverage a strong European network to independently bring in new members and investors.
