Senior GTM Specialist

We are partnering with a leading international technology business within the consumer electronics and smart home space to appoint a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to drive strategic product launches across Europe. Role

As Senior GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans for European markets. Working closely with both global HQ and regional cross‑functional teams, you will ensure successful product launches and sustainable growth across multiple territories. This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial thinking, structured execution, and the ability to translate market insight into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with global objectives
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches including planning, budgeting, execution and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams across Europe and global HQ
• Define and adapt localised product positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights to support strategic decision‑making
• Track performance metrics and optimise launch effectiveness across markets

Candidate Profile

• Degree educated (international exposure advantageous)
• 3+ years’ experience in Europe within GTM, product marketing, product lifecycle management or similar
• Experience within consumer electronics, smart home or technology sectors highly desirable
• Strong product presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capability (advanced Excel proficiency preferred)
• Solution‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced, international environments
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required
• Valid EU driving licence advantageous
