Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor

We are supporting a leading construction contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects in the Frankfurt region and are looking to speak with experienced HSE Advisors / HSE Managers with a background in complex construction environments.

This is an opportunity to join a technically demanding project in a mission-critical environment , working alongside experienced construction teams on one of the fastest growing sectors in European construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental systems across site activities
• Ensure compliance with German HSE legislation and site safety procedures
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Review and monitor RAMS, method statements and permit systems
• Support toolbox talks, safety briefings and incident investigations
• Work closely with construction managers and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture on site
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement across the project

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction HSE roles (data centre, industrial, infrastructure or large commercial projects)
• Strong understanding of German construction safety regulations
• Experience conducting site audits and safety inspections
• Confident working in a fast-paced live construction environment
• Ability to engage with site teams and subcontractors effectively
