YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

In your role, which is part of our HR Transformation team, you will play a key role in supporting our HR system SAP SuccessFactors. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple modules, with a focus on Employee Central. With your work, you will contribute to a state-of-the-art Employee Experience and Digital HR Work at ATOSS!

• Participation in projects aimed at innovatively and strategically advancing our digital HR process landscape to effectively support our business.
• Continuous optimization and maintenance of the data model and HR processes depicted through SuccessFactors, particularly focusing on Employee Central.
• Evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of Change Requests as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and providing support for regular reports and analyses through the SuccessFactors Report Center.
• Close collaboration with and support of our colleagues in HR, Controlling, IT, and Payroll but also of the whole ATOSS organization.
• Serving as one of the primary points of contact for Incidents, Questions and Releases alongside another team member.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Finished degree in fields such as Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting or working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with certification in Employee Central
• Additional experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be desirable
• Strong affinity for systems and processes
• Quick grasp of concepts and understanding of organizational structures
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in German and fluent in English
