WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Provide strategic consulting to our clients in the field of HR marketing and employer branding, with a strong focus on digital channels

• Develop, implement, and manage measures across different platforms (career websites, job ads, social media, job boards, digital campaigns, onboarding concepts) to strengthen employer brands

• Analyze and evaluate existing employer branding activities and candidate journeys, and derive clear recommendations for action

• Define relevant KPIs, continuously monitor and measure success, and optimize activities accordingly

• Collaborate closely with internal project teams (design, content, development)

• Plan and facilitate workshops (e.g. candidate journey mapping)

• Advise on the selection and use of digital tools and platforms in recruiting and HR marketing, including interfaces to applicant tracking systems

• Provide impulses on the use of AI solutions in HR marketing and observe market trends to continuously evolve our consulting approach

YOU ARE...

• strategic and conceptual, with a strong ability to develop holistic employer branding strategies

• communicative, confident in presentations, and convincing in client consulting

• creative, innovative, and enthusiastic about new trends and technologies in HR marketing

• structured, self-reliant, and a real team player

• fluent in german and englisch

YOU HAVE...

• at least 5 years of experience in HR marketing – ideally on the agency side

• solid expertise in developing and implementing digital communication and content strategies across multiple channels

• experience with KPIs, monitoring tools, and reporting, and the ability to derive data-driven recommendations

• proven skills in planning and managing employer branding initiatives

• a confident demeanor combined with strong consulting skills

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

• common platforms, tools, and trends in digital HR marketing

• career websites, social media, job platforms, and digital campaign setups

• ideally, AI-based solutions in the HR environment
