Senior HubSpot/CRM Consultant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot/CRM Consultant (m/f/d) as soon as possible to strategically advise our clients and develop sustainable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify efficiency potential in marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Develop customized HubSpot strategies to ensure our clients make the most of the platform.
• Train and coach clients to maximize their use of the HubSpot platform and optimize their workflows.
• Implement and refine complex automation workflows to enhance internal operations.
• Set up, customize, and integrate HubSpot systems within existing IT infrastructures.
• Create and evaluate insightful dashboards and reports for data-driven performance tracking.
• Lead customer workshops and strategic consulting sessions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficient project execution.
• Continuously refine and further develop implemented solutions in response to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting and implementing HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including complex workflows, data management, and interface integrations.
• A degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in project management, preferably in an agency or consulting-related environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp and improve business processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult with clients from various industries at eye level.
• Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
