The Role
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join one of our international clients. This is a strategic HR leadership role with exposure across multiple countries. The position is designed for a high-caliber HR professional with the potential to grow into a future HR Director role.

The position covers a multi-country population, including the UK, DACH, Benelux, Italy, and Spain. The office location will be aligned with the candidate’s profile and the business’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy across multiple countries.
• Provide strategic HRBP support for managerial and senior-level populations.
• Operate effectively in a matrix and international environment, aligning global and local HR priorities.
• Lead on talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR strategy supports long-term business goals.

Ideal Profile

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in an international and matrix-driven context.
• Strong exposure to multi-country HR leadership and cultural complexity.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to partner at senior leadership level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
