Your Mission

As our Senior ICT Outsourcing Manager, your mission is to take end‑to‑end ownership of how we manage all external services – both those we provide to our customers and partners, and those we use from our own service providers. You play a key role in building and refining the framework for how we select, assess, contract and steer these providers, from clear service descriptions and SLAs to audits, monitoring and reporting against our policies and regulatory expectations.

You strengthen and sharpen our documentation, bringing more structure, clarity and discipline into everything around outsourcing and ICT third party risk, so that our setup is easy to understand for regulators, auditors and partners. A key part of your mission is to enable our contract owners running the business to take more ownership in this space, while you provide guidance, challenge and quality assurance.

Your Role

You act as a first line competence centre to drive all matters around BCM, IT‑Security, GDPR, DORA and other outsourcing topics with Partners, Providers and between lemon.markets Brokerage GmbH (our regulated entity) and lemon.markets Holding.
You serve as the first line of defence outsourcing manager for tech services from LMB to LMH, ensuring risks and responsibilities are transparent and compliant.
You own our tech governance: you maintain the tech written order and control frameworks, and you review how controls are executed to keep improving them.
You lead our journey towards key certifications (like ISO 27001), helping us build a security and compliance posture that partners and regulators can rely on.
You execute the ICT‑related partner governance framework, making sure our technical partnerships comply with regulatory expectations.
You support B2B contract negotiations as a subject‑matter expert, turning security and regulatory needs into clear, practical contract terms.
You coordinate and refine the tech process landscape, ensuring our processes are well‑structured, aligned across teams, and scalable for our partners.

You will be successful in this role if:

You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Technology and IT Security, and you’ve already shown you can lead and manage operations in a regulated environment.
You are familiar with ICT Third Party Management and know how to keep external partners and providers under control from a risk and compliance perspective.
You have a strong grasp of technology, its risks and processes, and you enjoy working across departments, using your communication skills to bring tech, business and compliance together.
You have experience in the financial industry and know how to work with technology standards, frameworks, compliance requirements and industry best practices to build secure and scalable solutions, international and FinTech track records are a plus.
You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, in both German and English (C1+), and you know how to adapt your message to the audience in front of you.
