Senior Identity IAM / IGA Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Planning, implementation, and governance of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution
Further development of the central Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) system, including interface integration in hybrid environments and automation focus
Design and enhancement of the RBAC role model
Analysis, automation, and optimization of processes and integrations; vulnerability detection and efficiency/security improvement
Support of migration from SAP Identity Management (IdM) to a new IGA solution, including requirements, project and stakeholder management, and quality assurance
Future expansion of IAM with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), AI-based process and user support
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for translation of business and security requirements into technical solutions
Coordination and management of external partners and service providers in an international environment

Your profile

Degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent practical IT experience; certifications in IAM or cloud technologies advantageous
Several years of experience in Workforce IAM; migration experience preferred; initial PAM/CIAM experience desirable
In-depth knowledge of SAP IdM, Oracle Database, Active Directory, SAP, Google Cloud Platform, Azure; solid SQL and JavaScript skills; basic TypeScript/Node.js and Java/.NET knowledge advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to handle complex requirements
Team orientation, communication skills in German and English, ability to convey technical concepts clearly
High motivation for continuous development and familiarity with IAM trends and technologies
